If however, there is a chance that you receive a defective item or items, you may return the item(s) within 24 hours upon receipt of the order. Before returning the item, please contact us at 305-495-1688 and our customer service team will help you set up a return for an exchange, credit or refund.
For cigars by the box or bundle of 20 cigars or more, we allow a 1 stick allowance, but the remaining cigars must be returned to receive full merchandise credit, less shipping charges. If you try more than 1, pro-rata credit is applied, less shipping charges. For samplers and 5-packs, returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive full credit. This includes having cigars in their cellophane wrappers. Please keep the original packaging and any accessories to return with the item and do not return any cut or smoked cigars, as this may affect your refund.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any occurrences that take place after the “drop off” period. The drop off period is the moment the shipping label is scanned at and left in the hands of the given post office or mail office.
